Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The petitioner is directed to show cause by written affirmation, within sixty days from the entry of this Order, explaining why the instant petition should not be dismissed as time-barred. A copy of the affirmation is attached to this Order for the petitioner's convenience. The petitioner should include any facts that would support tolling the statute of limitations, including the dates he filed his 440 motion, the date his 440 motion was decided, and the date he filed his error coram nobis application. No response to the petition is required at this time and all further proceedings are stayed for sixty days for the petitioner to comply with this Order.
