SCHEDULING ORDER: As discussed during the 10/25/2018 conference (see attached order for additional detail and deadlines), the Defendants failed to appear despite service of the complaint and the Court's order. By 11/2/2018, each Defendant is to submit a letter to the Court explaining the non-appearance. An in person Status Conference is set for 2/12/2019 at 11:00 AM in Courtroom 13A South before Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon. On 2/12/2019, either counsel for Defendants or Defendants must appear in person. During the conference, the Court will discuss A) whether any additional discovery is necessary; B) Whether a summary judgment motion is appropriate and; C) settlement possibilities.
