Filing 5 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, Show Cause Hearing set for 11/20/2018 at 02:00 PM in Courtroom 6H North before Judge William F. Kuntz II, why an order should not be issued pursuant to Rule 65 of the FRCP enjoining the deft during the pendency of this action from: Defendant Nassau County is to appoint council of Legal Aid to petitioner to defend negotiate with law enforcement about open complaint filed by defendant Nassau County police via the complaining witness Brandon M Margolis prior to arrest. Defendant Nassau County is hereby restrained from detaining petitioner in jail cell or in custody due to his current medical condition which would be detriment to petitioner's said health. Defendant Nassau County District Attorney should recuse themselves and appoint an impartial prosecutor to review the allegations of said defendant as to the fact to determine why petitioner's complaint was overlooked and refused to be prosecuted against defendant Brandon M Margolis. Defendant Nassau County Police Detective John Doe & Jane Doe should be restrained from asking a warrant due to the fact that the Detectives came without warrant to petitioner's house and assaulted petitioner and said detectives asking for a warrant to arrest would not be impartial and may make statements that are untrue to the local municipal court to protect from his unlawful actions. Defendant Nassau County is ordered to remove loaded fire arms from defendant Brandon Margolis as Margolis made multiple threats against petitioner to harm and possibly kill petitioner due to ongoing legal claim petitioner has against defendant Margolis. Defendant Nassau County is restrained from using local district attorney and to appoint special prosecutor to review the charges and as to why the Nassau County District Attorney refused to filed charges.
