SCHEDULING ORDER: On October 19, 2018, third-party defendant California Physicians' Service d/b/a Shield of California ("Blue Shield") filed a letter requesting a pre-motion conference on a proposed motion to dismiss the Verified Amended Third-Party Complaint. The time to respond has expired and third-party plaintiff Chikuang Chang has continuously failed to respond. Blue Shield's request to file a motion is dismiss is granted and the following schedule is ordered: Blue Shield shall serve its motion by December 7, 2018. Mr. Chang shall serve his opposition by December 28, 2018. Blue Shield shall serve its reply and file the fully briefed motion in accordance with the bundling rule by January 4, 2019.
