The motion papers do not disclose whether plaintiffs consent to counsel's withdrawal; nor has counsel provided contact information for each of the plaintiffs or proof of service of the motion papers on them. Finally, counsel was not granted permission to file any papers under seal, and the sealed information does not appear to be subject to the attorney-client privilege.
