ORDER re: #1 . The Government completed the civil cover sheet incorrectly. The complaint seeks to liquidate the tax liability of defendants who reside in Nassau County and foreclose a tax lien on property located in Nassau County. The events giving rise to the case or a substantial part of them therefore occurred in Nassau County, contrary to the Government's statement on the civil cover sheet. The Clerk is therefore directed to randomly reassign this case to a District Judge and Magistrate Judge located in the Central Islip courthouse. Ordered by Judge Brian M. Cogan on 11/16/2018.
