ORDER: The Court held the initial conference in this case on December 12, 2018. The Court does not adopt the parties' Rule 26(f) report for the reasons stated on the record. The parties shall make sure all necessary releases have been exchanged. The parties shall also file a mutual protective order. The Court shall hold a telephone conference on February 5, 2019 at 11 a.m. Plaintiff's counsel shall initiate the call to Chambers (718-613-2170) once all parties are on the line. The Court urged the parties to engage in settlement negotiations. The parties shall report on the status of those discussions at the February 5, 2019 conference.
