ORDER: Plaintiff's notice #5 of consent to a magistrate judge's authority is invalid because it fails to comply with Rule 73 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 73.1, which require the consent of all parties. Plaintiff's purported consent is not executed by Defendants. Should the parties intend to consent to the jurisdiction of a magistrate judge, the parties must submit a consent form in accordance with the rules of this Court.
