MEMORANDUM & ORDER: The action is remanded to the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County; Case Number 20269/09. The Court declines to consider Harris' #5 applications for injunctive relief. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a certified copy of this Order to the Clerk of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, and to close this case. Although Harris paid the filing fee to commence this action, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. SO ORDERED by Judge Margo K. Brodie, on 12/18/2018.
