Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff's #1 application to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915 was granted on 12/21/2018, 2018. The United States Marshals Service ("USMS") is directed to serve the summons and amended complaint upon the Social Security Administration without prepayment of fees. The parties shall advise the Court by signing the enclosed form whether they jointly consent to trial and decision on this case by me, a United States Magistrate Judge, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(c). Although plaintiff names several individuals as defendants, there is no individual liability under Title VII. Accordingly, the USMS is directed to serve the Social Security Administration pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(i). Service of the summons and amended complaint shall be made upon the Social Security Administration, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and the Attorney General of the United States at Washington, D.C.
