ORDER denying plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff is directed to pay the $400 filing fee to the Clerk of Court within 14 days of the entry date of this Order to proceed with this action. If plaintiff fails to do so, her complaint will be dismissed. If plaintiff pays the filing fee, the Clerk of Court shall issue a summons to plaintiff in order to effect service of process. The Court certifies pursuant to 28:1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
