ORDER dated 1/11/19 that plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is granted solely for the purpose of this order. Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed. See 28:1915(e)(2)(B). Leave to amend is denied as futile, because plaintiff already has pending several actions alleging the same facts and seeking the same relief. Plaintiff is cautioned that if he continues to file duplicative actions, he may be enjoined from filing any new IFP action without first obtaining leave of Court. The Court certifies pursuant to 28:1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
