ORDER re #17 Stipulation and proposed order regarding scheduling and consolidation -- The stipulation is so ordered: (1) Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(a), the Goyal Action and the Lai Action are consolidated for all purposes and re-captioned In re PPDAI Group Inc. Securities Litigation, No. 18-cv-6716-FB-JO; (2) Within 60 days of the order appointing a lead plaintiff, such lead plaintiff will file a consolidated amended complaint; (3) Defendants PPDAI, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. (collectively, the Undersigned Defendants) will answer, move against or otherwise respond to the consolidated amended complaint within 60 days of its filing. Lead plaintiff will file its opposition to any motion to dismiss the consolidated amended complaint within 45 days of such motions filing. The Undersigned Defendants will file any reply papers within 30 days of the filing of lead plaintiffs opposition; (4) All discovery in this action is automatically stayed under the PSLRA pending resolution of the Undersigned Defendants anticipated motion to dismiss; and (5) By executing this stipulation, the Undersigned Defendants do not waive any, and expressly reserve all, rights and defenses, including defenses based on personal jurisdiction, other than rights and defenses regarding sufficiency of service.
