The Court issues the following: 1) Initial Status Conference set for March 12, 2019 is adjourned sine die; 2) the Government will file and provide to the Court and to plaintiff the certified administrative record by March 29, 2019; 3) the page limit on the motions is increased; 4) the Government will file its 25-page motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, a 25-page motion for summary judgment, by April 26, 2019; 5) plaintiff will file his 35-page cross-motion for summary judgment and opposition to the Government's motion by May 24, 2019;6) the Government will file its 20-page reply and opposition to Plaintiffs cross-motion for summary judgment by June 7, 2019; 7) plaintiff will file his 10-page reply by June 21, 2019.
