February 8, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis as permitted by 28 U.S.C. 1915 is granted solely for the purpose of this Order. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, this action is dismissed as frivolous without leave to amend. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B); see also Cuoco v. Moritsugu, 222 F.3d 99, 112 (2d Cir. 2000) (The problem with [the plaintiff's] causes of action is substantive; better pleading will not cure it. Repleading would thus be futile.). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 (a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith, and therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 44445 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment and close this case. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 2/8/2019. (Knapp, Cody)
