April 18, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 9 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached memorandum and order, Plaintiff's request #1 to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 is GRANTED, and the complaint is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A. Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint within 30 days from the entry of this memorandum and order. Cruz v. Gomez, 202 F.3d 593 (2d Cir. 2000). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
