Filing 3 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Petitioner is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis . The Queen's County District Attorney's Office, as attorney for respondent, show cause before this Court why a writ of habeas corpus should not be issued by the filing of a return to the petition. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of this order, the respondent shall serve a copy his return on the petitioner herein and shall file the original thereof. Petitioner, within thirty (30) days of receipt of, copy of the return, shall file a reply, if any, with the Clerk of the Court and serve a copy on the respondent. C/ mailed to Petitioner.
