June 11, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 11 ORDER: As this action was referred to me for all purposes, the #6 motion to adjourn the initial conference before Judge Cogan, is denied as moot. Defendant's answer was due 6/7/2019; however, to date, defendant has not yet filed its answer. Furthermore, the Court notes that the waiver of service signed by Mr. Heilian indicates that he is proceeding pro se. A corporation can only appear in federal court through licensed counsel. This proceeding shall be stayed for 30 days or until counsel responds to the complaint on behalf of defendant, whichever is sooner. If defendant fails to respond to the complaint within the time allowed, plaintiffs should move for default. Plaintiffs shall serve a copy of this Order on defendant and file proof of service forthwith. SO ORDERED by Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom,on 6/11/2019. C/mailed to Defendant. (Latka-Mucha, Wieslawa)
