ORDER: Plaintiff paid the filing fee to bring this pro se action, in which he invokes the Court's diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff asserts a number of state law claims arising out of his employment with Delta Air Lines. For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff is ORDERED to show cause why his complaint should not be dismissed no later than three weeks following the date of this order. In the event that Plaintiff invokes federal question jurisdiction in this response to this order, Plaintiff is further ORDERED to show cause why this case should not be transferred to the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York; as further set forth herein. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff by certified mail and note service on the docket. Plaintiff is directed to respond to the order to show cause as detailed in this order within thirty days from the date of this order. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
