ORDER: The Court held a telephone conference in plaintiff's personal injury action on June 13, 2019. The Court declined to set discovery deadlines at this time and urged the parties to discuss settlement. The Court shall hold a status conference on August 13, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 11A South of the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York. The parties are advised that they must contact each other before making any request for an adjournment to the Court.
