If the case cannot be settled at that time, counsel shall be prepared to (1) articulate the basis for any anticipated summary judgment motions and to be familiar with any premotion conference procedures required by the district judge presiding over the case, and (2) schedule disclosure of formal expert reports and expert depositions.
