ORDER DISMISSING CASE: To date, plaintiffs have not paid the filing fee or submitted an IFP application. In light of this failure, the obvious deficiencies in the complaint, and the fact that almost all the defendantsto this action have already been named in the other actions Elizabeth Grant has filed with this Court, this action is dismissed. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendants, to mail a copy of the judgment and this order to Elizabeth Grant, to note that mailing on the docket sheet, and to close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v.
