ORDER re: the #7 Application for Pre-Motion Conference: The court GRANTS the parties' request for leave to file dispositive motions in lieu of holding a pre-motion conference. The court sets the following briefing schedule on consent of the parties: the Government will file the Certified Administrative Record under seal by no later than August 9, 2019; the Government will serve its dispositive motion by no later than September 27, 2019; Plaintiff will serve her cross-motion for summary judgment and opposition to the Government's motion by no later than October 28, 2019; the Government will serve its reply and opposition to Plaintiff's cross-motion by no later than November 12, 2019; and Plaintiff will serve her reply by no later than November 26, 2019.
