The complaint is dismissed as to the City of New York but shall proceed against the individual officer defendants once they are identified. Pursuant to Valentin v. Dinkins, 121 F.3d 72 (2d Cir. 1997), the Court requests that the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York and the New York State Attorney General's Office ascertain the full name of the John Doe defendants who were allegedly involved in the events set forth by plaintiff at the Brooklyn Criminal Court on or about January 22, 2018 and September 2018. Corporation Counsel and the Attorney General's Office is to produce the information specified regarding the identity of these defendants within 30 days from the entry of this order. No summons will issue at this time. The case is referred to Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom for pretrial supervision. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
