TRANSFER ORDER: The Eastern District of New York is not the proper venue for this action. All of the events giving rise to Plaintiff's claims occurred at the Auburn Correctional Facility in Cayuga County, which is located within the Northern District of New York. Accordingly, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to transfer this action to the Northern District of New York. The Court offers no opinion on the merits of this action. No summons shall issue from this Court. The Court waives the provision of Local Rule 83.1, which requires a seven-day stay. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case.
