| MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: A pre-motion conference was held on July 30, 2019, before Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall. David Cabaniss appeared on behalf of Defendant. Ori Shafirstein appeared in place of Plaintiff's counsel of record, Marshall T. Potashner. Mr. Shafirstein shall file a notice of appearance by August 2, 2019. Defendant shall serve Plaintiff with its notice of motion to dismiss and supporting memorandum by August 13, 2019. Plaintiff shall serve Defendant with its opposition by August 27. Memoranda of law in support of and in opposition to the motion shall not exceed 10 pages each (exclusive of tables of contents, tables of authorities, appendices, and attachments). Defendant shall serve Plaintiff with its reply, if any, which shall not exceed 4 pages (exclusive of tables of contents, tables of authorities, appendices, and attachments), and file the fully briefed motion by September 3.
