| Filing 10 Minute Entry: Initial Conference Hearing held on 9/11/2019 before Magistrate Judge Steven M. Gold. Flynn for plaintiff, Yodice for defendant. The case management schedule proposed by the parties, calling among other things for completion of fact discovery by February 7, 2020, disclosure of plaintiff's expert reports by March 6, 2020, and defendant's medical evaluation of plaintiff and disclosure of expert reports by March 6, 2020, is approved.
