Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom: Initial Conference Hearing held on 10/2/2019. (FTR Log #11:01-11:31.) (Burks, Jory) |
ORDER: The Court held the initial conference in plaintiff's employment discrimination case on October 2, 2019. The parties shall exchange initial disclosures, execute releases, and file their proposed protective order by October 18, 2019. Any party wishing to amend the pleadings or join new parties shall also do so by October 18, 2019. Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(3)(A). The Court declined to set the discovery deadline at this time. The Court shall hold a telephone status conference in this case on October 18, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Plaintiff's counsel shall arrange and initiate the conference call. After establishing contact with the defendants' counsel, plaintiff's counsel shall contact the Court at (718) 613-2170. Parties are advised that they must contact each other before making any request for an adjournment to the Court.
