September 12, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER dated 9/12/19 that this motion is denied. First, the case has been dismissed, and a party cannot get a preliminary injunction in a case that has been dismissed. Second, the motion does not demonstrate a likelihood of success on the merits of the case or substantial questions as to the merits, nor does it demonstrate irreparable harm. Even if plaintiff had succeeded on the merits of his claims, money damages would have been sufficient compensation. In forma pauperis is denied for purposes of appeal since an appeal of this Order would not be in good faith. re #6 Motion, filed by Adil Khalil. ( Ordered by Judge Brian M.
