ORDER: The Motion to Adjourn Conference #12 is granted. The in person initial conference scheduled for 11/01/2019 is hereby adjourned to 11/21/2019 at 2:00 PM in Courtroom 324N before Magistrate Judge Sanket J. Bulsara. Counsel are also directed to complete the attached Discovery Plan Worksheet #7 and electronically file same with the Court no later than two days before,11/21/2019. Because this is a FDCPA case, each individual client and/or a principal with full settlement authority for a corporation or other business entity must personally appear with counsel at this initial conference. Upon failure to appear at the conference with authorized clients, the Court will entertain an application for fees and costs by the opposing side.
