Initial document requests and interrogatories will be served no later 7/7/2020. Any joinder and/or amendments of the pleadings must be made by 8/14/2020. Plaintiffs have requested that the Court enter a judgment against Defendant because Defendant has not responded to the lawsuit. If the Court does not receive a written response from Defendant by 1/24/2020, the Court will consider Plaintiff's motion for a default judgment as unopposed. Any written response to the complaint and to the motion for a default judgment should be mailed or hand-delivered to the Office of the Clerk of Court at the Court's address, and mailed to Plaintiffs' attorneys. If the Court grants Plaintiff's motion, the judgment entered will likely be in excess of $200,000.
