ALL FILINGS ARE TO BE MADE IN THE TRANSFER COURT, DO NOT DOCKET TO THIS CASE.. Plaintiff does not allege that any events occurred within the Eastern District of New York. Rather, plaintiff alleges that the events giving rise to this complaint occurred at the Bronx Supreme Court which is located in Bronx County in the Southern District of New York.Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is hereby directed to transfer this action, in the interest of justice, to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. See 28 U.S.C 1406(a). The Court notes that plaintiff did not pay the filing fee or include an application to proceed in forma pauperis and enforcement of the Prison Litigation Reform Act and of the filingfee is reserved for the transferee court.The Court offers no opinion on the merits of this action.
