SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court held a telephone conference in plaintiff's personal injury action on January 22, 2020. The parties are directed to redouble their efforts to resolve this matter. The Court shall hold a telephone conference on February 3, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Counsel for Spirit Airlines, Inc. shall arrange and initiate the conference call. After establishing contact with all parties, counsel for Spirit Airlines, Inc. shall contact the Court at (718) 613-2170. Parties are advised that they must contact each other before making any request for an adjournment to the Court.
