ORDER granting in part #10 . This case is going to move a lot faster than defendants apparently expect. They can have until 2/10/2020 to file their answer because, "[i]n truth, the answer in a civil action is the most useless paper in the courthouse." Alexander By and Through Alexander v. Richardson-Merrell Inc., 541 F.Supp. 93, 94 (S.D.N.Y. 1982). However, this case is not waiting until the end of February to commence prompt discovery. The Initial Status conference is adjourned to 2/11/2020 at 12:15 pm in Chambers 704S and the parties are reminded to comply with the mandatory requirements for the conference set forth at #5 .
