Minute Entry and ORDER for proceedings held before Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto: Pre-Motion Conference held on 2/7/2020. Appearances: Plaintiff, appeared pro se. Jeffrey Spiegel, Esq., appeared on behalf of defendant KM Systems Inc. Christina Marie Schmid, Esq., appeared on behalf of defendant Crown Castle USA Inc. The court set the following briefing scheduled for defendants' motion to compel: (1) defendants shall serve, but not file, their motion by February 24, 2020; (2) plaintiff shall serve, but not file, his opposition by March 25, 2020; and (3) by April 8, 2020, defendants shall serve their reply, if any. The parties shall not file their respective papers until briefing is complete, at which point defendants are respectfully directed to upload their papers, in logical order, to ECF, and to provide two courtesy copies to chambers. Defendants shall also provide plaintiff with a courtesy copy of any unreported cases cited in their motion papers.
