Filing 4 TRANSFER ORDER: Because Plaintiff alleges that certain acts or omissions took place at a NYCHA building located in New York County, the appropriate venue for this action is the Southern District of New York, and the Court transfers this case to that district. Accordingly, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to transfer this action to the Southern District of New York. The Court offers no opinion on the merits of this action and declines to decide Plaintiff's pending IFP application, which is reserved for the transferee court. The Court waives the provision of Local Rule 83.1, which requires a seven-day stay. No summons shall issue from this Court.
