February 25, 2020 Filing 14 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo. Initial Conference held on 2/25/2020. Attorney Michael Scott Marron appeared on behalf of plaintiff. Attorney Heather G Hammerman appeared on behalf of defendants. The attached Scheduling Order was entered setting deadlines for discovery and other pretrial proceedings. The case is referred to the EDNY Court-Annexed Mediation, to be completed by June 25, 2020. The parties are directed to file a joint status report by June 29, 2020 regarding the result of mediation.
