ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE re: #14 . Attorney Berman is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE prior to the Initial Status Conference why a sanction should not be imposed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16(f) for repeatedly disregarding this Court's Orders to file a meaningful letter pertaining to the particular case in advance of the Initial Status Conference rather than repeating the same boilerplate. See LeBaron v. Equifax Information Services, LLC, No. 20-cv-403 (E.D.N.Y. March 17, 2020). If counsel is unable to comply with the Court's Scheduling Order, the proper procedure is to demonstrate why that is the case in a motion for a brief adjournment of the Initial Status Conference so that she can comply, not to recite a formulaic non-response which, as the Court has previously pointed out, does not assist the Court at all in planning for the conference.
