February 27, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum & Order, Plaintiff is directed to show cause, in writing, by March 27, 2020, why this action should not be transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
