| Filing 7 Minute Entry: Initial Conference Hearing held on 4/29/2020 before Magistrate Judge Steven M. Gold. Gabo for plaintiff, Kousis for defendants. The case management schedule proposed by the parties, submitted as Docket 6 and calling among other things for completion of fact discovery by November 1, 2020, is adopted. By May 14, 2020, defendants shall either withdraw or explain the basis for their affirmative defenses alleging improper service and failure to join necessary parties. Counsel shall submit a written status report by November 8, 2020 indicating whether they intend, as indicated, to proceed to non-binding arbitration or, if not, proposing a schedule for completing expert discovery and a date for a final pretrial conference.
