ORDER: Plaintiff's #2 application to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915 is hereby granted. The Clerk of Court shall prepare a summons for the defendant. Administrative Order No. 2020-12 suspends the United States Marshal's service of process during the current national coronavirus emergency. Once service of process is reinstated, the summons, complaint and this order shall be served upon the defendant without prepayment of fees. The Clerk of Court is requested to send a courtesy copy of the complaint to the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.
