April 27, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: On March 19, 2020, Plaintiff Donald Graves filed the instant pro se complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. By letter dated March 23, 2020, the Court informed Plaintiff that his submission was deficient. Plaintiff was provided with the in forma pauperis ("IFP") form and instructed that in order to proceed, he must return the completed IFP form within 14 days. Plaintiff failed to respond to the Court's letter. Accordingly, the action is dismissed withoutprejudice. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45, 82 S. Ct. 917, 8 L. Ed. 2d 21 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment and close this case. The Clerk of Court is further directed to send a copy of this Order and the Judgment to the pro se plaintiff Donald Graves and note the mailing on the docket. SO Ordered by Judge Eric N.
