ORDER: On May 21, 2020, Plaintiff filed a motion #6 requesting that the instant case be referred to the Bankruptcy Court as it is related to In re: Armcres Realty Inc., Debtor, Petition No. 1-20-41665-ESS (Bankr. E.D.N.Y.). On June 2, 2020, the Court ordered Defendant to respond to the motion 21 days after service was effectuated. Service was effectuated on June 4, 2020 #7 . To-date, Defendant has not responded to the motion. Plaintiff has now renewed its request for referral to the Bankruptcy Court. 28 U.S.C. 157(a) provides that "[e]ach district court may provide that any or all cases under title 11 and any or all proceedings arising under title 11 or arising in or related to a case under title 11 shall be referred to the bankruptcy judges for the district." Accordingly, Plaintiff's renewed request for referral of this case to the Bankruptcy Court #8 is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to refer this case to the Bankruptcy Court.
