| Filing 7 Minute Entry: Telephone Conference held on 6/24/2020 before Magistrate Judge Steven M. Gold. JeanJacques for plaintiff, Budd for defendant. The case management schedule proposed by the parties, calling among things for fact discovery to be completed by November 23, plaintiff to produce expert reports by December 23, 2020, and defendant to conduct a medical evaluation and produce an expert report by January 23, 2021, is approved. THE COURT WILL HOLD A FURTHER CONFERENCE AT 10:00 A.M. ON FEBRUARY 23, 2021. Counsel shall be prepared to discuss the status of the parties' efforts to reach a settlement and whether a settlement conference might be productive, the grounds for any anticipated motions for summary judgment, and a schedule for completing expert discovery.
