July 7, 2020 MINUTE ENTRY: Telephone conference held on July 7, 2020 before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo. Attorneys David A. Lebowitz and Alison Ellis Frick appeared on behalf of plaintiff. Attorney James Jimenez appeared on behalf of interested party City of New York ("City"). The parties were heard on the request #11 (corrected at #13 ) for defendant Joseph Sorrentino to receive an extension of time to respond to the complaint.The request #11 is granted. The deadline for defendant Sorrentino to respond to the complaint is August 18, 2020. Counsel for City is directed to immediately request identification information for John and Jane Doe defendants as well as the body camera video footage of the incident. Counsel for City is directed to turn over such materials to plaintiff upon obtaining it. An initial conference by telephone is scheduled for August 27, 2020 at 10:30 am before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo.
