ORDER: The parties report that they have reached a settlement in principle. ECF Nos. 9, 11. Accordingly, the Court hereby adjourns the deadlines for defendants to respond to plaintiff's complaint case sine die. The parties shall file a stipulation discontinuing this case by September 8, 2020. Furthermore, counsel for defendant Citibank shall file a notice of appearance forthwith.
