ORDER STRIKING #9 and granting in part and denying in part #7 #8 . Portions of this purported stipulation #9 are null and void. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b), it is up to the Court to determine whether to extend defendant's time to answer and by how much, not plaintiff's counsel. In addition, the Court is not granting plaintiff 30 days to make a name change in the caption. The Initial Status Conference is adjourned to 8/5/2020 in the absence of any demonstration by defendant as to why counsel cannot comply with this Court's prior scheduling order and be prepared to attend the conference on this adjourned date.
