July 24, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 4 MEMORANDUM & ORDER: Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed this action against a "McDonald's Located at Fulton Brooklyn" ("Brooklyn McDonald's") restaurant and McDonalds Illinois headquarters (collectively, "Defendants") alleging discrimination by Brooklyn McDonald's employees during Plaintiffs January 24, 2020 visit. Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis is granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. For the reasons set forth below, the Complaint is dismissed with leave to amend. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 44445 (1962). So Ordered by Judge William F. Kuntz, II on 7/24/2020. (Love, Alexis)
