ORDER: Defendant's #8 motion to reassign this case to Long Island is denied. The Guidelines for the Division of Business Among District Judges, adopted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 137, explicitly state that "[t]hese rules are adopted for the internal management of the caseload of the court and shall not be deemed to vest any rights in litigants or their attorneys..."
