Filing 4 ORDER: By letter dated July 15, 2020, the Court sent Petitioner an IFP application form and directed him to complete and return the form to the Court within fourteen days. See Notice of Deficient Filing, ECF No. #2 . More than fourteen days have passed, and the Court has not received the filing fee or a completed IFP application from Petitioner. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this Order, an IFP application, and a copy of Petitioner's habeas petition to Petitioner. If Petitioner fails to pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit a completed IFP application to the Court within thirty days, this action will be dismissed without prejudice. No extension will be granted unless Petitioner shows good cause to extend this deadline. Respondent is not required to respond to the Petition at this time. Ordered by Judge Eric R.
